Our Technology Services
Service delivery
Vaayora provides technology services including digital transformation consulting, AI/ML development, cloud and DevOps engineering, custom software development, mobile and web applications, SaaS/PaaS solutions, ERP/CRM implementation, UI/UX design, process automation, and software maintenance. Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or service agreement.
Project engagements
All project engagements are subject to a signed agreement between Vaayora and the client. These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and do not supersede any specific contractual terms agreed in writing for a client engagement.
Third-party services
In delivering our services, we may utilise third-party platforms, APIs, and infrastructure providers (such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Vercel, and others). Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Payments & Fees
Fee structure
Fees for Vaayora's services are agreed in writing prior to commencement of any engagement. Fees may be structured as fixed-price, time-and-materials, or retainer arrangements as specified in the applicable agreement.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the terms of the specific project agreement. Website enquiry submissions and job applications are free and do not involve any fees or financial transactions.
Intellectual Property
Vaayora's IP
All content on vaayora.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of Vaayora or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The VAAYORA name and logo are trademarks of Vaayora.
Restricted use
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of this website or its content without express written permission from Vaayora, except as permitted by applicable copyright law (e.g., fair use/dealing).
Client deliverables
Intellectual property rights in deliverables produced for client projects are governed by the specific engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, Vaayora retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, tools, methodologies, and pre-existing IP used in delivering the services.
Open source
Where Vaayora uses open source components in client deliverables, such components remain subject to their respective open source licences. A list of open source components can be provided on request.

Cap on liability

Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at sales@vaayora.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat of arbitration being Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Jurisdiction
For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Indemnification
Your obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vaayora and its directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the website in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any third-party right; or (c) any content you submit through our contact or careers forms.
